What you'll do
* Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
* Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure stock availability. Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the store's appearance and appeal.
* Analyse sales data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
* Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff.
* Manage the store's budget, including expenses and payroll.
