We are partnering with a utility‐scale renewable energy developer to expand their APAC team with the appointment of an Investment Manager. The firm is approaching the close of multiple transactions across its current pipeline and is building out its investment team to support continued growth.
The Role
Reporting to senior leadership, the Investment Manager will be responsible for the evaluation, execution, and ongoing management of investments across infrastructure, energy, and adjacent sectors. The successful candidate will play an active role across live transactions and contribute to the firm's investment and portfolio management activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Evaluate investment opportunities across infrastructure, energy transition, and related sectors, including financial modelling, due diligence, and transaction structuring
* Lead and support deal execution from origination through to close
* Manage relationships with co‐investors, financial advisors, legal counsel, and portfolio companies
* Contribute to portfolio monitoring, reporting, and value creation initiatives
* Support capital raising activities and investor communications as the platform scales
* Work closely with senior leadership on strategic priorities and new market opportunities
Candidate Profile
* 6–10 years of experience in infrastructure investment, private equity, or a relevant advisory capacity (investment banking, infrastructure advisory, or M&A advisory with a focus on energy transition or infrastructure)
* Experience working on greenfield projects and transactions through to financial close
* Demonstrated ability to execute transactions end-to-end with a high degree of autonomy
* Strong financial modelling capability, specifically project finance modelling
* Sound commercial judgement and attention to detail
