We are seeking a skilled Indigenous Inclusion Specialist to join our team. As an expert in Indigenous employment and social inclusion, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing initiatives that promote cultural awareness and broader inclusion within the organisation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering inclusive workplace practices, supporting Indigenous engagement strategies, and providing advice to leaders and employees to strengthen diversity and inclusion outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing Indigenous employment strategies and social inclusion programs
* Building and maintaining relationships with Indigenous communities, organisations, and external partners
* Providing advice on Indigenous cultural matters and social inclusion policies to leadership, HR and Project teams
* Promoting cultural awareness and inclusive workplace practices through training, education, and events

Candidates must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working with Indigenous communities is highly desirable.
