Who are we looking for?
Do you enjoy connecting with people and gaining feedback through warm conversations over the phone? Attending the Hindmarsh office, you will engage with older South Australians by collecting feedback on their experiences with us through survey questions and friendly conversation.
This supports AnglicareSA to improve services for older South Australians and help them remain independent in their community and homes.
What can you expect to be doing?
Connecting with Customers: Connect over the phone to pre-identified customers, seeking feedback on their current Community Aged Care services and experiences through survey questions and empathetic conversations.
Document Your Impact: Record customer responses through our online survey platform.
Reporting: Document areas of concerns and provide these details to the survey supervisor to ensure timely call back services to our customers.
What do you need to bring?
* Ability to engage effectively within a team environment in accordance with AnglicareSA’s values
* Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental, respectful approach
* Great phone skills and the ability to speak clearly with people who might have trouble hearing on the phone.
* Relate well with people from a variety of different cultural and socio-economic backgrounds
* Report to the supervisor any areas of concern regarding the customers you are volunteering with
