What you'll be doing
Attending maintenance jobs and emergency callouts
Diagnosing and repairing leaks, blockages, hot water faults, fixtures and general plumbing issues
Carrying out routine maintenance and preventative work
Talking with customers in a clear, professional way so they understand the work and options
Completing jobs to a high standard and following all safety and compliance requirements
Keeping the job site tidy and respecting each customer's home
Filling out job notes and photos in Simpro so the office has everything they need
What we're looking for
Certificate III in Plumbing, with SA licence
Strong maintenance plumbing experience (residential or commercial)
Good problem-solving skills and confidence diagnosing faults
Someone who communicates well and backs themselves in front of customers
A safe worker who follows standards and doesn't cut corners
Valid driver's licence
