As the business continues its evolution as a make-to-order specialist, often co-engineering solutions with clients, the Commercial Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's commercial future.
Reporting to the Managing Director and sitting on the senior leadership team, the Commercial Manager will be a confident commercial leader with a strong record in B2B sales, ideally within technical manufacturing or a related industrial environment. It demands someone who can generate new business with a hunter mindset while maintaining trusted long-term relationships across existing accounts. Additionally, you will be comfortable with developing bespoke components for customers with the ability to manage longer sales cycles.
