To meet growing demand, we're expanding our project delivery team with an Associate Consultant who thrives in a fast-moving, tech-forward environment.

About the Role
As an Associate Consultant, you'll work closely with the Managing Partner to support the smooth delivery of exclusive recruitment projects.
Your day will combine candidate engagement, scheduling, research, documentation and process optimisation — all while using AI and modern tools to improve efficiency.
Key focus areas include:
* Managing outreach to candidates via LinkedIn and other channels
* Running structured phone/video screening calls
* Preparing polished, client-ready documents and summaries
* Coordinating interviews and managing candidate communication
* Supporting client meetings (virtual) with note-taking and follow-ups
* Managing diary scheduling and priorities for the Managing Partner
* Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve workflow
This is a varied, high-impact role where no two days look the same.

About You
The ideal candidate will bring:
* Experience engaging people over phone or video (recruitment, sales, customer service, CX, recruitment or similar)
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to stay across multiple moving parts
* A positive, solution-focused mindset — you plan ahead and spot issues early
* A proactive working style and genuine interest in learning new AI and recruitment tech
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Confidence influencing and engaging candidates in a professional manner
* Any recruitment exposure is welcome but not essential
