We are expanding our global reach and seeking experienced closers to help drive recent business. This is a commission‑only role designed for seasoned sales professionals, former recruiters, or consultants who understand how to navigate executive‑level conversations and want the freedom to set their own hours, with unlimited earning potential – uncapped commission.
What You'll Be Doing
- Identifying decision‑makers (CEOs, C‑suite, HR leads, founders)
- Conducting outbound outreach (LinkedIn, email, warm calling)
- Presenting our services using high‑level scripts and frameworks
- Handling qualification conversations with professionalism
- Booking meetings for senior leadership
- Closing consultancy, HR audit, recruitment, and training deals
- Working with our CRM specialist to manage leads and follow‑up flows
What We're Looking For
- Strong closing skills and confidence speaking with senior executives
- Clear, polished communication
- Background in B2B sales, recruitment, or consultancy
- Ability to pitch premium services
- Professionalism, resilience, and independence
- Existing network (bonus, not required)
