LML Lift Consultants is growing again and we’re on the hunt for two (2) experienced, industry‑savvy Lift Consultants to join our team in Sydney and Brisbane. Since 2013, we’ve been delivering our specialist vertical transportation consultancy services right across Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea. Our team draws on more than 500 years of combined lift and escalator know‑how, backed by an incredible admin team that keeps us running smoothly. We’re looking for standout consultants to join the LML family in our New South Wales and Queensland teams. Who We’re Looking For
Preferably someone who lives and breathes lifts and escalators (if they also make an appearance in your dreams that’s bonus points) Hands‑on, tools‑in‑hand experience across a wide range of equipment, plus time spent in sales and/or management roles would be great. You will know the gear, know the people and know how to get things done! Responsibilities
You’ll take charge of the full project cycle: inspections, tendering, report writing and delivering high‑quality outcomes for our clients. Collaboration is key – you’ll work closely with either our Sydney‑based or our Brisbane‑based consultants, along with our national team to keep raising the LML bar. What You Bring
A drive to deliver an exceptional client experience. Excellent technical writing and reporting ability. Confidence juggling multiple projects at once. What You Need
10+ years of industry experience. Current A‑Grade electrical licence and lift ticket/licence to test (big bonus points). Solid Microsoft Office and software skills. Permanent residency. Driver licence. Why LML?
