About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Part-Time Recruitment Specialist to support our growing team. This role focuses primarily on end-to-end recruitment activities and talent acquisition support, working closely with hiring managers across different business functions.
This is a flexible part-time opportunity ideal for someone who enjoys recruitment delivery and stakeholder engagement while maintaining work–life balance.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from briefing to offer stage
* Source, screen and shortlist candidates across multiple platforms (Seek, LinkedIn, etc.)
* Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
* Conduct phone screenings and coordinate interviews
* Prepare job advertisements and recruitment documentation
* Maintain candidate pipelines and provide market insights
* Support employer branding and recruitment process improvement
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* 3–5+ years’ recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
* Strong experience recruiting within the IT or security industry (highly preferred)
* Solid understanding of technical or sales-related roles
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
