Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administration and sales support to our Sales Executive and Group Sales Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
* Supporting administrative tasks, including data entry, timely processing of proposals, bookings, inquiries, and other sales-related information as directed.
* Monitoring and optimizing Broadcast and Digital campaign delivery within the client remit, regularly utilizing the Broadcast and Digital Network Sales System.
* Providing and updating reports to clients and internal stakeholders on campaign delivery using both Microsoft Excel and industry-aligned systems (i.e., Neilsen & OzTam, Google Ad Manager & 7Digital Dashboards).
* Managing document filing, distribution, and correspondence efficiently while supporting the finance team with booking queries and participating in relevant internal and external meetings.
* Developing and maintaining relationships with agencies and clients, supporting the Sales team with training, conducting audience analysis using industry tools, identifying business and integration opportunities, representing Seven in the market, and implementing systematic changes as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualification in media, business, or communications (preferred).
* Entry-level experience in sales, media, consumer, or administrative roles is a plus.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (basic to intermediate level).
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
* Ability to work without supervision to strict standards and deadlines.
* Ability to minimize duplication, and complete tasks in an efficient & effective way.
* Effective communication and teamwork skills to foster cooperation and respect.
