Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial records of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a robust attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Process invoices and payments
Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
Prepare financial reports and statements
Assist with budgeting and forecasting
Maintain accurate financial records
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Communicate with suppliers and clients regarding financial matters
Assist with payroll processing
General financial administration duties in other group entities.
Qualifications:
Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping
2+ years of experience in accounting or finance
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Xero
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Detail-oriented and organised
