Job Summary
This role is responsible for coordinating branch accounting and administrative functions across multiple sites at our Head Office in Queensland.
Main Responsibilities
* Coordinate branch accounting, reporting, and administrative processes including project files, invoicing, and operational analysis.
* Support month-end, forecasting, and earnings analysis across business units.
* Investigate and resolve accounting anomalies, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
* Contribute to internal control documentation, compliance testing, and audit preparation.
* Monitor accounting systems, recommend improvements, and support standardisation initiatives.
* Prepare statistical and management reports for senior leaders.
* Review and document accounting processes for ongoing improvement.
