About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Fleet Administrator to join our team. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and ensures accuracy in all admin responsibilities.
Suitable candidates should be based in Mackay
Key Responsibilities
· Accounts payable
· Managing Fleet allocations
· Maintaining Vehicle Register
· Updating and monitoring Fleet Management system
· Liaise with internal Management Team and staff as required
Skills & Qualifications
· Proven Admin Experience
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and SharePoint
· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
· MYOB AccountRight experience
· Ability to build strong professional relationships
