What You'll Be Responsible For
* Leading shifts to drive sales, profit and operational performance
* Managing labour, stock and systems to maximise efficiency and margins
* Coaching and developing crew to lift results and reduce costs
* Opening and closing the restaurant across varied trading periods
* Playing a hands-on role in growing store performance and profitability

What We're Looking For
You will be someone who:
* Has 1+ years McDonald's Shift or Department Management experience and wanting to progress their career
* Holds McDonald's LTS or equivalent qualifications (preferred)
* Is results-driven and commercially minded
* Understands how to turn strong operations into higher profits
* Leads people well and builds high-performing teams
* Maintains high standards in Quality, Service & Cleanliness
* Can work across a 24/7 roster and is motivated to grow
* Has full work rights for this location
