Make lithium your future.The OpportunityReporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Lubrication Technician is responsible for hydrocarbon management within the fixed plant.
This includes Master Lube Schedule development and the implementation of best practice storage, dispensing and analysis.Key elements of the role are to carryout manual lubrication, maintenance of automatic grease systems, oil replenishment and oil sampling.
Good hydrocarbon management is essential to achieving plant reliability and will be fully supported by the Condition Monitoring and Reliability teamThis is a permanent full-time position which operates on a FIFO 8:6, 7:7 roster from Perth or DIDO from Port Hedland.Key Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited ToCarrying out manual grease lubrication of all rotating equipmentMaintain and replenishment automatic grease systemsCarry out replenishment of all oil lubricated systemsTake oil samples and send to laboratory for analysisChangeout of filters on air and oil systemMaintain CMMS (Pronto) databaseManage stock levels in Lubrication storage areasInstallation/Maintenance of grease linesAbout You2-3 Years' relevant working experience in a similar rolePractical knowledge of fixed plant equipmentHigh level of attention to details and disciplined approach to workRelevant trade qualification.Preferred qualifications: MLA1 or MLA2,Positive can-do attitude, sound communication skills and able to engage and influence multiple stakeholdersWillingness to learn and improveWorking knowledge of CMMS (Pronto or similar) is desirableWorking At HeightsWhat We OfferGreat people and culture are at the heart of our great Australian Company.
