The Ideal Candidate
We Are Looking For Someone With
* Strong background in retail store management- essential
* Experience in managing high-volume inbound stock 15+ palettes per day
* Ability to lead a team of 40+
* A passionate attitude that inspires your team to exceed goals
* Experience in creating and implementing development and performance plans
* A resilient, problem-solving approach driven by innovation and time management
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency with computer systems
* First Aid certification, or a willingness to be trained at our expense
Must Have
* Full working rights within Australia
* Most up-to-date resume
* Availability across late night trade and alternative weekends
