Senior Research Fellow Statistician Position
Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Research Fellow to provide leadership of statistical analysis work for a project on neuroendocrine risk factors for Alzheimer's disease and dementia. As a key member of the research team, you will play a major role in conducting independent research and contributing to the project's milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
Make significant contributions to research according to the project work plan that have a substantial impact in your field of expertise Create a nationally recognised research track record Undertake independent research in dementia epidemiology to contribute to meeting the project milestones Develop research groups in areas of specialist expertise and research methods that are appropriate for delivering the project outcomes Attract peer recognition and establish research networks at national level Obtain research income from nationally competitive research grants and research end-users as a member or leader Mentor and guide students colleagues and HDRs to timely completion Contribute to HDR review panels Provide statistical advice to international collaborators and lead data harmonization and collaborative data analysis projects across teams Assist with preparing integrative annual reporting for the CARE program Ensure hazards and risks are identified and controlled within your area of responsibility
