About the role: Are you an ambitious BDR or Junior BDM ready to take the next leap? Streem is looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Sydney. This is your opportunity to own a full sales cycle, grow your strategic sales skills, and work directly with senior stakeholders at top-tier organisations whilst being supported by a high-performing, collaborative team. What you’ll do: Drive new business sales across Streem’s media monitoring and SaaS tools Engage and build relationships with PR, Communications, and Media Managers Own the full sales process from prospecting to closing deals Collaborate with our BDM and Account Management teams to ensure smooth handover and long-term client success Represent Streem’s brand and values in all interactions with external stakeholders Actively contribute to a positive and high-performing team culture Who you are: 1–2 years experience in B2B sales (media, SaaS, or digital products ideal) Strong communication and storytelling skills Natural curiosity, resilience, and a solutions-based sales approach Proven ability to build rapport and trust with stakeholders quickly Interest in media, communications, or SaaS platforms Bonus: Experience working with PR/Comms professionals or in the media industry Full Australian working rights required Why you should work with us: Daily gourmet lunches and snacks by our private chef Pup-friendly office space Flexible and hybrid working 8 Minute walk from Central Station Fun seasonal team events $2,000 Talent Referral Scheme $3,000 p.a.
