Senior Contract Administrator
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintaining proactive and positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers.
* Preparing subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings and procurement schedules.
* Planning actions and completing all documentation in alignment with the head contract and raising any discrepancies early.
* Taking ownership and responsibility for all costs and budget outcomes; having current knowledge of all aspects of the project's financial position at any point in time.
* Supporting the project manager and site manager to determine and communicate an effective request for information (RFI) management process with subcontractors.
* Ensuring project document control to meet all contract requirements, including drawings, specifications and reports.
* Developing budget targets identifying key risks and opportunities for best commercial outcomes in consultation with the project manager.
* Managing and maintaining cost control software, including budget entry, commitments, forecasting, variations, payments, and coding of invoices.
* Assisting in preparing all required reports for monthly project report meetings, proactively advising of any new risks, opportunities or changes, and participating in strategic discussions.
