Senior Communication and Engagement Adviser – multiple roles About the Roles We are hiring for three Fixed Term positions with the following durations: 3 months, 12 months and 2 years. As a Senior Communication and Engagement Advisor you'll lead the development and implementation of integrated communication strategies and tactical plans to support school and early childhood infrastructure projects delivered by the Victorian School Building Authority (VSBA). The role involves working closely with other teams to produce internal and external facing collateral, run engagements, as well as pitch event ideas and media opportunities to Government. As a Senior Communication and Engagement Adviser you'll also provide strategic advice and support to teams across the VSBA to ensure a best practice approach to community information campaigns and stakeholder engagement. The roles sit within a high-performing team that deals with multiple projects and often works under pressure. The successful candidates will need to be resilient, flexible and adaptable to change. All VSBA staff have a shared responsibility to meet the same service standards outlined in the VSBA Customer Service Charter, and the VSBA Best Practice Guide to First Nations Engagement.
