Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 plus superannuation
Location: Greystanes NSW
Tasks and Responsibilities Include:
* Assess the physical condition of the patient and diagnose problems and make records of treatments and progress
* Use various treatments to alleviate patients’ pain, improve cardiovascular and respiratory functions or increase function, strength, mobility and coordination.
* Design treatment plans and exercise programs
* Provide support and assist patients with the implementation of treatment plans and programs and provide continuous monitoring and evaluation of plans and programs
* Instruct and train patients to perform daily activities
* Assist patients with the use of aids including splints, crutches and wheelchairs
* Educate patients and their family to help patients lead a healthy life and prevent further injury
* May issue Medical Certificates for patients who have had time off work
* Work with a range of paediatric and adult patients with various conditions.

Required Skills, Experience and Education
* A relevant bachelor degree or higher (overseas qualifications accepted)
* At least 1 year of full-time relevant work experience
* Current AHPRA registration to practice or eligibility to apply for registration for overseas candidates
* Organisational and time management skills and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
* Excellent attention to detail and professional communication skills
* Teamwork: willingness to assist and support others as required and get on with team members
