Job Title: Senior Finance Business Partner
This role is designed to support operational finance within a large construction company. It involves working closely with the site operations team to drive financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with site operations teams to enhance financial performance.
* Provide commercial insights and analysis to inform business decisions.
* Oversee month-end processes, including budgeting and forecasting.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Maintain compliance with internal controls.
* Present financial information to senior management at both state and national levels.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A qualification in accounting (CA/CPA).
* Prior experience working in a finance business partnering or commercial management role within the manufacturing or construction industry.
* SAP system experience is desired.
* Proficiency in PowerBI.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* The ability to communicate financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
