**About the role**:
- You will be dealing with a wide variety of customer queries and sales enquiries
- You will be providing a solutions based approach to each individual query
- You will be required to complete any associated processing administration
- You will be taking on average 40-80 calls per day, and working on a daily basis towards quality and customer service targets/indicators
**About you**:
- You will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written with a strong attention to detail
- You will have intermediate to advanced computer skills and a highly level of data entry accuracy
- You will have the ability to analyse and solve problems with sound decision making and problem-solving skills
- You will have previous experience within a sales orientated or call centre environment is desirable
