About the role
We are looking for a Loan Processing Officer to join our Securities team, supporting the smooth and accurate processing of property-secured lending. You will be part of a collaborative operations environment where attention to detail is respected, compliance is taken seriously and teamwork is not just a poster on the wall.
This role suits someone who enjoys structured work, understands the importance of getting things right the first time and still likes working closely with people, both inside and outside the organisation.
Reporting to the Team Leader Securities, some of your key responsibilities include:
* Preparing settlement instructions and discharge or release documentation
* Finalising settlements, loan payouts and closures
* Reviewing returned documentation for accuracy and compliance, and following up where needed
* Calculating interest adjustments and penalty charges
* Liaising with internal stakeholders and external third parties
* Supporting broader loan processing activities as required
What you'll bring
* Experience in loan processing or settlements, with strong administration skills
* High attention to detail and a solid understanding of compliance and risk
* Clear communication skills and a calm, practical approach to problem solving
* A genuine team mindset and customer focus
* The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
