Overview
HSBC is hiring a Personal Banking Consultant to support customers with their personal banking needs. This entry-level role focuses on delivering a seamless, end‐to‐end customer experience while promoting HSBC's products and digital solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide a seamless end‐to‐end customer experience by advising on appropriate products and services.
- Act as the brand ambassador for HSBC in our branch and liaise directly with customers.
- Introduce, promote, and assist customers with digital banking solutions.
- Deliver personal banking products and services with a customer‐centric approach.
- Manage customer feedback and enquiries effectively.
- Participate in ongoing training and development plans.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in customer excellence gained in banking, sales, hospitality or retail.
- Desire to develop financial expertise and grow a career.
- Ability to understand and provide solutions to meet individual customer needs.
- Passion for delivering first‐class customer service.
- Proven ability to multitask and strong attention to detail.
- Higher School Certificate or equivalent certification.
