You will be an Intellectual Property Lawyer at the Associate level and have 2-3 years' of experience.
Your new role
Will see you undertake both contentious and non-contentious work.
On the contentious side, you will act for leading companies across a variety of IP rich sectors and technologies including pharmaceuticals, mining, automotive, electronic gaming, and fast moving consumer goods, including as part of a wider global litigation strategy. Regularly act for clients in proceedings in the Federal Court of Australia, High Court, as well in Patent Office, and Trade Mark Office proceedings, and appeals from those decisions.
On the non-contentious side, advise clients on global trade mark protection strategy, including overseeing the management of large global trade mark portfolios.
