What you'll be doing
Assisting our qualified bakers in all aspects of the bread making process.
Learning techniques for mixing, kneading, shaping and proofing dough.
Accurately following recipes and baking instructions.
Maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
Completing practical training and gaining your Baking Apprenticeship qualification.

A strong interest and passion for baking and the food industry.
Good attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions closely.
Excellent hand‑eye coordination and physical stamina.
A positive, enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn.
