We are seeking an experienced and driven Used Car Sales Manager to lead our pre‐owned vehicle department. This is an outstanding opportunity to take ownership of a high‐volume used car operation within a well‐established and supportive automotive group.

About the Role

As the Used Car Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the used vehicle department, driving profitability, managing stock acquisition and turn, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will lead from the front, coach and develop your team, and work closely with senior management to implement strong sales and stock strategies.

What You'll Do

* Lead, mentor and develop the used car sales team
* Drive department performance to exceed monthly and quarterly targets
* Manage used vehicle stock acquisition, pricing and inventory turn
* Oversee vehicle presentation and yard display standards
* Monitor KPIs, gross profit, ageing stock and reporting
* Ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards
* Collaborate with finance and other departments to maximise opportunities
* Deliver a seamless and professional customer experience

What You'll Need to Succeed

* Proven experience as a Used Car Sales Manager or Senior Sales Consultant
* Strong understanding of used vehicle stock control and margin management
* Ability to drive performance and hold a team accountable
* Results‐driven with a passion for customer satisfaction
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
* Experience in a high‐volume dealership environment (preferred)
* A current driver's licence and full Australian working rights
