Key Responsibilities Develop and refine strategies to attract new business and optimise listings. Analyse performance data, market trends, and forecasts to inform decisions. Drive financial performance through optimised occupancy, rental yield, and tenant retention. Map and improve the customer journey for a premium experience. Implement feedback loops to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Conduct competitor and market research to inform pricing and positioning. Leverage analytics and predictive tools to improve efficiency and outcomes. Manage tenant guarantees, benefits deeds, and risk mitigation processes. You’ll bring: Minimum 2 years’ experience in Property Management, Leasing, Business Development or Sales. QLD Real Estate License and current driver’s licence. Strong knowledge of Queensland leasing and tenancy landscape. Experience using Property Me and HubSpot CRM (preferred). Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
