A Bit About The Role
You'll be working closely with the venue team to execute your events. From coordinating a wide range of events and ensuring every touchpoint (enquiry, planning, execution and follow‑up) meets the high standards of Applejack. You'll play a key role in driving revenue, building relationships and delivering unforgettable guest experiences.
* Manage all event enquiries and bookings through iVvy and SevenRooms
* Develop a strong understanding of the local area and target market, actively engaging with industry events and networks
* Drive both proactive and reactive sales to achieve event revenue targets
* Conduct regular site inspections and maintain clear, professional communication with clients
* Collaborate closely with venue teams to continually improve event offerings and execution
* Liaise with the Marketing team to support content collection, social media activity and brand alignment
* Full‑time position, Monday to Friday
