Learning and Development Expert
We are seeking a dedicated educator to join our team as a Learning and Development Expert.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide coaching to teachers on best practice approaches to enhance student learning outcomes.
* Collaborate with teachers to develop data-driven strategies that improve literacy and numeracy results.
* Evaluate teaching methods and offer constructive feedback to support teacher growth and development.
* Develop and utilize resources aligned with our strategic priorities.
* Support staff in creating a positive learning environment.
Requirements:
* A strong personal faith and commitment to Christian education.
* Current teacher registration and Working with Children Check.
* Proven experience in instructional coaching, data-driven practices, and improving student outcomes.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a passion for supporting staff development and enhancing student growth.
