Perform end-to-end recruitment in line with client requirements, liaising with hiring managers, HR and business to fill approved open positions in alignment with business objectives. Source and pre-qualify candidates that match client requirements, primarily by leveraging technology, including the Internet.
Key Responsibilities:
Interact with hiring managers to understand specific hiring requirementsDevelop hiring and sourcing approaches in consultation with client and Accenture subject matter experts (this may include determining and managing the appropriate sourcing channels/media for the most effective solution to meet requirements)Execute and monitor sourcing activities and programs across a variety of channels, including leveraging shared service sourcing capabilitiesAct as a Recruitment subject matter expert and champion Accenture standard delivery solutionIdentify screening criteria and screen pre-qualified candidates, presenting a shortlist to hiring manager for reviewMonitor and track candidate pipeline and ensure it is adequate to meet the requirements of the open vacanciesProvide feedback on candidates to hiring managers, agencies and/or directly to candidatesExtend and negotiate offers, managing subsequent employment contract generationCommunicate results and organize start dates with client and candidateProvide regular updates and feedback to hiring managersConduct weekly recruitment calls and reporting for MDs and Talent LeadsEnsure the recruitment process/lifecycle is completed in a fast, efficient and professional manner at all times, minimizing the time to fillUse Accenture recruitment systems appropriately and with a focus on data integrity to ensure accurate reporting and compliance to data protection legislationInteract on a timely basis with the internal or external client stakeholders to understand specific sourcing requirementsBasic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (not required)Minimum of 3 - 5 years of end-to-end recruiting experiencePreferred Qualifications:
Recruiting experience in Technology rolesExperience in management consulting, financial services or other professional services environments is advantageousCandidate Relationship ManagementCandidate Sourcing, Screening & AssessmentProven ability to work independently and as a team memberGood communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skillsGood organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skillsDemonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional settingYou will also have opportunities to hone your functional skills and expertise in an area of specialization.
