Job Description

As a Scrum Master, you will be:

* Day-to-day development team work facilitation
* Facilitation of Agile (Retrospective, Planning session, Estimations)
* Removal of barriers to team effectiveness
* Overall sprint and data management for the project
* The Scrum Master's overall responsibility is to ensure that the team delivers services to the customer and completes various project management activities according to defined service level commitments and process compliancy guidelines
Required Skills and Experience
* Bachelor's degree or combination of relevant education and experience
* 2+ years of Scrum Master experience
* 3+ years of project management experience
* Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse personality types
* Ability to understand technical issues at a high level
* A thorough understanding of Agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures
* Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills
* Ability to coach the team to reach their highest potential
* Collaborative approach to driving decisions
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a high attention to detail

Additional Requirements

Security Clearance Requirement: Given the secure nature of this role, we are seeking candidates who are Australian Citizens with an active security clearance or are eligible for obtaining security clearance.
