Job Overview

As a Customer Service Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in managing order entry and associated tasks to ensure exceptional customer experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

* Process customer orders and inquiries efficiently, maintaining high order accuracy rates.
* Communicate supply information, product updates, and substitutions with internal teams.
* Maintain accurate data for seamless communication across departments.
* Respond promptly to customer contacts via phone, email, and other channels.
* Build strong customer relationships by offering product information and solutions.
* Support sales teams with customer inquiries and identify process improvements opportunities.

Successful candidates will bring 1-2 years of experience in similar customer-focused roles, demonstrating the ability to build rapport with both internal and external customers. Additionally, they will possess:

* Strong time management skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
* Excellent communication, administrative, and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office, with SAP experience a plus.
* A detail-oriented, customer-focused attitude and collaborative approach.
* Experience in manufacturing/FMCG environments is desirable.
