You won't just be renewing contracts; you'll be embedding Propeller into the daily fabric of our customers' operations. You will be a trusted advisor, helping worksites unlock the full power of our platform and ensuring their success. This is more than just an account management role; it's an opportunity to build and scale a critical business function from the ground up. You'll have the autonomy to experiment, refine our processes, and directly contribute to our global growth by turning happy customers into lifelong partners and advocates. Drive the growth and prevent churn across a portfolio of customer accounts across APAC, owning the entire renewal lifecycle.Forge powerful relationships with our customers and channel partners, becoming their trusted advisor on all things Propeller.Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for expansion and up-sells, demonstrating clear ROI to broaden our footprint within accounts.Confidently negotiate contract renewals and commercial terms, ensuring value for both our customers and Propeller.Develop and refine the playbook for account management, building scalable processes to help shape the future of the function.Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to deliver a seamless and exceptional customer journey. Your Skills & Experience A strong track record of success in a quota-carrying role within a B2B SaaS or Construction Tech company.A natural talent for building relationships, with experience managing accounts through both direct and channel partner motions.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills; you can navigate complex conversations and handle objections with ease.You thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and have a knack for creating order and building smart processes.Deep curiosity to understand a customer's business and the commercial acumen to translate their needs into growth opportunities.You operate with a "we're in this together" mindset and can collaborate effectively across teams to achieve shared goals.
