Role Overview
The Lodgement Officer role plays a critical function in the organization, responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate lodgement of quarterly returns. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lodging of quarterly returns within legislative requirements;
* Reviewing data for accuracy and completeness;
* Engaging with employers to ensure correct information is provided within required timeframes;
* Escalating overdue quarterly returns as necessary; and
* Maintaining records and reports related to the lodgement process.
About You:
* Demonstrated experience in meeting performance measures to deliver key business outcomes;
* Strong initiative and can-do approach to solving problems, with a focus on continuous improvement and best practice solutions;
* Well-developed interpersonal and collaborative skills, to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
* Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and analytical skills;
* Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and succinctly, both written and verbal;
* A high level of organisational skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage tasks in an environment of tight and conflicting deadlines.
