We are seeking a Customer Service professional to assist with customer-facing activities in our Rockhampton office.
Key Responsibilities
* Interact with customers at the counter, over the phone, and via email
* Create quotes, schedule equipment delivery, raise purchase orders, and process invoices
* Coordinate logistics for equipment — deliveries, transfers, pickups, breakdowns
* Participate in hands-on assistance in the yard as needed (some physical work involved)
Requirements
* Demonstrated experience in customer service in a fast-paced environment
* Proficient with basic computer tasks (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Willingness to learn about our equipment and its use on site
* Effective communication skills, ability to remain calm under pressure, and prioritize multiple tasks
