Your new role: In this senior role, you will provide comprehensive case management and discipline-specific clinical services to young people and their families within the Early Psychosis Team. You'll apply advanced clinical judgement, act as a clinical reference point, support less experienced clinicians, and contribute to evidence-based practice, service improvement and research activities. You will: * Deliver assessment, intervention and evaluation for young people with first episode psychosis * Manage a complex caseload using evidence-based and recovery-oriented approaches * Act as a clinical reference point and provide high-level clinical advice within the team * Apply advanced clinical judgement with a high degree of professional autonomy About you: You are an experienced mental health clinician with strong clinical capability, leadership skills and a passion for improving outcomes for young people experiencing early psychosis.
