**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Artist to join our vibrant cafe team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, managing your section, and contributing to menu development.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Prepare, cook, and serve a range of dishes in line with Royal Sydney standards.
* Collaborate and contribute new dishes/ideas to the menu with the Executive Chef/team.
* Manage daily section setup and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
* Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP).
**Requirements:**
* Minimum 3-4 years' experience within a similar environment.
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (preferred).
* Strong knowledge of food safety practices and current food trends.
* Excellent communication skills, energetic, with a professional attitude.
* Ability to remain organized and composed in high-pressure situations.
