Job Role: Boiler Operator
We are seeking a skilled Boiler Operator to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of coal and gas boilers and associated equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate coal and gas boilers and associated equipment to meet production requirements.
* Monitor and control boiler performance to ensure optimal efficiency and safety.
* Develop skills within a supportive team environment.
Requirements:
* Advanced Boiler license.
* 12 hour shifts/ 7 day rotating roster.
* Teamwork and minimal supervision.
* Manual handling, ladder climbing and confined spaces.
* Literacy and computer skills for records and SCADA/HMI interfaces.
Essential Skills:
* Current High Risk Work license to operate advanced boilers.
* Previous trades or operations experience in manufacturing.
* Current fork lift license.
