About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Office Admin Manager to manage administrative operations and streamline office functions. This position plays a key role in overseeing staff support, workflow coordination, compliance, and internal systems across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise day-to-day administrative operations and coordinate team workflows
* Manage internal documentation, reporting systems, and recordkeeping processes
* Oversee office resources, including equipment, space allocation, and inventory
* Support HR tasks such as timesheet management, onboarding, and training schedules
* Coordinate with suppliers, trades, and internal stakeholders to ensure project continuity
* Maintain office compliance with WHS standards and internal policies
* Review and enhance administrative procedures and support systems to improve efficiency
What We're Looking For:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar office/admin management role
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
* Proficiency in MS Office and cloud-based administration tools
* Experience within HVAC, trades, or construction administration preferred
* Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration or Management desirable
