We welcome candidates with a background in civil engineering or concrete structures who are looking to transition into scheduling.You'll gain hands-on experience while being mentored and supported by our skilled scheduling team."About the RoleAs a Scheduler Estimator, you will:Interpret engineering and architectural drawings to prepare reinforcing steel schedules and marking plansEstimate quantities and prepare accurate quotations for customersLiaise with customers to coordinate steel supply and resolve technical or delivery requirementsVisit project sites to solve issues and build strong working relationshipsWork closely with the scheduling team to learn, share knowledge, and develop your skillsKeep up to date with technology and developments in the reinforcing steel industryWhat We're Looking ForBackground in civil engineering, concrete structures, or construction (formal degree not required)Strong ability to interpret engineering or architectural drawingsExcellent attention to detail, numerical skills, and problem-solving abilityStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyA willingness to learn and grow within a supportive team environmentWhy Join Wagners?
