Student Support Specialist
Fostering a highly relational environment, our team provides students with comprehensive support to help them overcome barriers and reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering exceptional care and guidance to each student in line with our college's values and objectives.
* Building trust with students who may initially resist support.
* Providing gentle and purposeful assistance to highly traumatised students.
* Offering both emotional and practical support during vulnerable moments.
This role is governed by the Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA), with new benefits and updated conditions being introduced under a new agreement.
