* Seeking a dedicated and experienced Inclusion Support Coordinator (ISC) to support students with a range of needs
* Working collaboratively with students, teachers, support staff, and families to develop and implement individual learning plans and goals
* Leading the Primary Inclusion Team while maintaining a small teaching load within the College
* Commencing Term 2 or Term 3 (negotiable)
* Co-educational day school - Transition to Year 12
