Main Responsibilities
* Full responsibility on the recruitment process
* Utilising a variety of platforms including social media, LinkedIn and job board to attract talent
* Preparing Contract and Onboarding Documentation
* Undertaking negotiations on terms and conditions of employment, and examining and resolving disputes and grievances
About you
* To be successful you will have previous recruitment agency experience locally or overseas
* You will be passionate about providing HR/recruitment solutions for clients
* You will be a positive person and a team-player with exceptional interpersonal skills to build and sustain solid internal and external business relationships
* You area high achiever with a competitive nature and a desire to succeed in a sales environment
* You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role

Salary $87,500 - $107,500 + Super
Pay: $87,500.00 - $107,500.00 per year
