We're looking for a Field Troubleshooter to join our high performing Service team in Canberra, ACT, reporting into our Field Service Manager.
What will you be doing?
- Providing support to the maintenance organisation in solving complex technical issues and spreading technical knowledge through the business
- Responsible for performing first visits of new equipment when requested by sales teams /supervisors
- Involved in resolution of callouts or other complex technical issues to support the maintenance technicians remotely and providing onsite visit when needed
- Improving the competence of the maintenance technicians by explaining the root causes and the solutions of the technical issues solved
- Carrying out all activities in accordance with KONE policies and procedures including health, quality and safety standards
- Working to actively maintain customer relationships in the local region
What are we looking for?
- Lift industry experience preferred
- Qualified electrical licence required
- Experiencing managing critical breakdowns and key stakeholder's expectations
- Motivated and self
- starter who can manage workload and competing priorities
- Commitment to working safely with a strong focus on quality
- A customer service mindset
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
