Join our dynamic team in Richmond! We're seeking a passionate Speech Pathologist, whether you're a recent graduate eager for a supportive start or a senior therapist looking for a new challenge.

Work alongside four senior and one junior speech pathologists in a collaborative environment that provides valuable mentorship and opportunities to develop specialized skills in AAC and dysphagia. You'll gain diverse experience providing clinic-based services at our Richmond office and community-based care.

About the Role:

As a Speech Pathologist, you will:

- Provide high-quality speech pathology services to children, adolescents, and adults.

- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised therapy plans.

- Deliver effective therapy sessions in both our Richmond clinic and community settings.

- Collaborate with other professionals, including educators, therapists, and medical practitioners.

- Participate in ongoing professional development.

- Be supported in regular 1:1 supervision and receive frequent additional mentoring as needed.

We specialise in providing AAC supports and swallowing and mealtime supports, as well as early intervention and speech and language services. To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A degree in Speech Pathology

- Speech Pathology Australia membership

- A valid Working With Children Check, or the ability to obtain

- Strong clinical skills and a passion for helping others

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
