We're partnering with a well-known national organisation to find a friendly, proactive Site Support Technician to join their Sydney team in this full-time, permanent role. You'll be the internal face of IT across several Sydney sites, resolving technical issues, supporting infrastructure, and keeping users productive and systems running smoothly.
What you'll be responsible for
• Delivering onsite and remote support for desktop, application, and hardware issues
• Troubleshooting across Windows environments, Active Directory, Exchange, DHCP, DNS, and VMware
• Managing incidents and service requests through ITSM
• Supporting core infrastructure including file/print servers, endpoint security and backup services
• Assisting with upgrades, rollouts, and improvement initiatives across the Sydney region
• Providing exceptional customer service and building positive relationships with stakeholders
• Participating in an after-hours support roster when required
What you'll bring
• Experience in Desktop Support, Field Support or Site Services
• Strong troubleshooting ability across Microsoft technologies
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals
• Confident communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Ability to work independently onsite across multiple locations
• Degree in IT or equivalent experience
• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle (travel across Sydney required)
