This is a full‐time, 12‐month fixed‐term opportunity until 30 June 2027, based in Mackay.
Support the establishment of a new centre while delivering peer‐led support, mentoring Peer Workers, and collaborating with clinicians to ensure recovery‐oriented, person‐centred care.

Skills & Experience
* Holds Certificate IV in Mental Health Peer Work
* Has experience in Peer Worker roles (minimum 2 years)
* Demonstrated lived experience of mental health challenges and recovery, with ability to share safely and purposefully
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team and guide others through influence
