Business Analyst Position
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in shaping Defence's digital future.
* The successful candidate will lead project delivery, governance, and stakeholder engagement
* Develop project management artefacts
* Design information architecture and guide content design/build within the BMS
* Validate and model processes to Defence EBPM standards
* Drive UAT planning, execution, and formal sign-off
* Coordinate change communication and training for Defence users
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Management and Delivery

* Process Validation and Modelling
* UAT Planning and Execution
* Change Communication and Training
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Senior-level business analysis experience in large Defence or Government BPM/BMS programs
* Strong understanding of EBPM/BPMN frameworks and Defence process standards
* Proven stakeholder engagement and governance reporting skills
* NV1 Security Clearance and on-site availability in Canberra
